Position Summary: We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate BIM/Revit Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software and workflows. This includes designing course content, mentoring students, and ensuring training outcomes align with industry expectations. Key Responsibilities: Training Delivery: - Conduct instructor-led sessions on BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Graphisoft ArchiCAD - Deliver engaging, practical training to learners with varying skill levels - Support students during hands-on labs and projects Course Development: - Design and update training materials, including presentations, manuals, and assessments - Ensure course content reflects the latest industry standards and software features Student Support: - Provide one-on-one mentorship and technical support - Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback Technical Expertise: - Stay updated with evolving BIM technologies and tools - Participate in industry events and communities to maintain relevance Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural Engineering, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in BIM implementation, training, or related industry work - Experience in adult learning or technical training preferred Required Skills: - Proficiency in BIM tools: Autodesk Revit (Architecture, Structure, MEP), Navisworks, ArchiCAD - Familiarity with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, 3Ds Max - Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to design engaging, interactive learning experiences - Problem-solving and analytical thinking Key Skills: AutoCAD | BIM | Navisworks | Revit Architecture | Revit Structure | Revit MEP | ArchiCAD | Civil 3D | 3Ds Max | 3D Modeling | 2D Drafting Why Join Us: - Opportunity to mentor and shape the next generation of professionals - Be a part of a forward-thinking, inclusive, and growth-focused organization - Work in a collaborative and innovative training environment Interested candidates can apply now and be a part of TEKS Academy’s mission to build future-ready talent.
