This role will be crucial in building our brand awareness, engaging with our target audience, and fostering a supportive community around women's health and hormonal wellness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, excellent content creation skills, and a genuine passion for women's health. Role and Tasks: Content Creation & Management: - Develop a social media calendar based on the comprehensive social media strategy aligned with marketing goals - Create engaging and informative content, including text posts, images, videos, stories, and reels, tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). - Create, schedule and manage content across all social media channels, ensuring consistent posting and timely engagement. Engagement: - Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all platforms, fostering a positive and supportive community. - Engage with influencers, partners, and other relevant accounts to expand our reach. - Run polls, Q&As, and other interactive content to encourage audience participation. - Address concerns and questions about sensitive health topics with empathy and accuracy. Analytics & Reporting: - Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, etc.) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns. - Generate regular reports and provide insights to optimize social media performance. Campaign Management: - Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote product launches, educational initiatives, and community events. - Manage social media advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI. Brand Voice & Messaging: - Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone across all social media platforms. - Ensure all content is accurate, informative, and aligns with our brand values. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. - Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management, preferably in the health or wellness industry. - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
