Role Overview: We are seeking a passionate and qualified Biology Teacher to teach students in Grades 11 and 12 . Key Responsibilities: · Teach Biology to students of Grades 11 and 12 in alignment with the prescribed curriculum. · Prepare engaging and effective lesson plans, assignments, and examinations. · Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes scientific thinking and inquiry. · Provide academic support, counseling, and motivation to students. · Assess student progress regularly and maintain academic records. · Organize practical sessions and ensure the effective use of laboratory resources. · Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events. · Coordinate with fellow teachers and school management to ensure overall student development. · Promote ethical values and discipline in the classroom. Qualifications & Skills: ✔ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biology or Life Sciences (B.Ed. preferred). ✔ Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at the higher secondary level. ✔ Excellent subject knowledge and communication skills in English. ✔ Proficiency in using digital tools and MS Office for teaching. ✔ Strong classroom management and student engagement skills. ✔ Dedication to the values and mission of HEAL.
