Role Summary We are inviting passionate educators to join our mission-driven academic team in Sikkim under the Q&I Today by Thomson Digital initiative by the promoters of India Today Group. Key Activities & Responsibilities Job Description: · The role will be to teach students aspiring for NEET the subject is Biology in the most engaging, elaborate, interesting and innovative way possible in languages English / Hinglish with the primary objective to facilitate student's learning and understanding · Research about the most effective content matter and delivery techniques for students · Be part of the content team and develop content materials of the respective subject. · Be an academic mentor to a group of students, understand their challenges and bring innovative solutions and techniques · Reviewing of the content created by other content developers or SMEs and to guide them in order to prepare the content of highest quality · Work on solving doubts & writing solutions for students' live questions · Expert level proficiency for NEET examination · Has passion towards education and effective content communication through visuals. · Has strong subject expertise and could apply theoretical knowledge to the practical applications through varied audio-visual elements. · Shows adaptability and ability to multitask, while meeting deadlines and training other team members in different processes. · Makes learning easy for students from different backgrounds and of different cognitive abilities and yourself should be open to learning new concepts and tools. · Identifies loopholes in the existing processes and brainstorm and design creative ways to improvise them, and conceptualizes and lay down the outline for the new processes and optimize resource allocation. · Is comfortable using technology tools for both video and textual content creation and delivery. · Produce answers that are 100% accurate Eligibility Criteria: · Postgraduate (M.Sc/M.Tech) from IIT, NIT, or national & state-level premier institutions · Minimum 5 years teaching NEET aspirants with a proven track record of student success · Must be from an English medium background with excellent communication skills · 85–90%+ in a 1-hour diagnostic test on the Q&I platform · Must be willing to relocate to Sikkim and commit for at least 2 years · Full-time, Offline (Physical presence On location) · Willingness to work closely with teams and internal stakeholders · Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment · Goal-oriented attitude · Very strong academic record CTC: 10 LPA to 15 LPA Show more Show less
