Job description:-Have exposure in Purchasing Gear box, Valves , Gasket , Pumps and Engineering ProductsSource and procure raw materials, chemicals, and equipment required for production.Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best prices and quality.Maintain and update supplier databases and purchase records.Ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any supply issues.Collaborate with the production and quality assurance teams to meet material specifications.Monitor inventory levels and manage reorder points.Analyze market trends and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.Prepare and manage purchase orders and invoices.Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in all procurement activities.

Role Purpose : To understand project requirements and prepare detailed engineering, General Arrangement Drawings and fabrication drawings as per industry standard practices.Key Responsibilities :1.To prepare GADs and fabrication detail drawings for each project in (2D/ 3D/ Solid works).2. Update and revise GAD as per client comments and production engineer’s suggestio3.Maintain proper records for all revisions, comments and submissions for documents generated.4.Follow-up with Project engineer of drawings submitted for client approvals.5.Support production team on any clarification on GAD’s prepared.6. To prepare preliminary brought out list for project engineer review.7.Visit client site on as-need basis to address issues in GAD in timely manner.8. Prepare additional details for dispatch and transportation based on project requirements9. Maintain regular shop visit to access conformity of manufacturing process to design on drawings.10. Update and modify GAD details based on shop floor process.Additional Responsibilities: Qualification: Engineer Experience: 1. Minimum of 3 -9 yrs. of experience drafting pressure vessels, pipes and fittings, scrubbers etc.2. AUTODESK certified professionals3. SOLIDWORKS certifiedKey Skills/ Competencies:1. Effective communication skill2.Good command over English – written and verbal.3. Aptitude to learn and adapt to evolving project requirementsPreferred Industry/ Sector/ Background: •Experience in developing GAD’s for equipment, pipes, plant layout
