The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in overall HR processes, strong Excel skills, and the ability to efficiently manage recruitment activities.Key Responsibilities Recruitment Coordination:Assist in scheduling interviews, follow-ups, and coordination for recruitment drives.Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a smooth hiring experience.Support the HR team in shortlisting profiles and managing candidate pipelines. Candidate Engagement & Follow-Up:Maintain continuous candidate communication, ensuring timely updates and engagement.Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiters for interview feedback and next steps.Assist in onboarding coordination and documentation for selected candidates. HR Reporting & Documentation:Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, interview schedules, and hiring dashboards.Track offer releases, acceptance, and joining status.Work on data entry and report generation using Excel. Client-Site HR Support:Act as an HR representative at the client site, ensuring smooth hiring operations.Provide necessary assistance for walk-in drives, recruitment events, and HR activities.Key Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in HR coordination, recruitment support, or general HR processes. Proficiency in Excel – ability to manage recruitment reports and data tracking. Strong organizational & communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
