Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Bluetooth Low Energy ( BT/ BLE Stack Developer )to join our embedded systems team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BLE protocol stack development, embedded systems, and real-time operating systems (RTOS), particularly FreeRTOS. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining Bluetooth communication layers for next-generation connected devices. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain custom Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) stacks and profiles. Work on BLE protocol layers (L2CAP, ATT, GATT, GAP, HCI) and application-level integration. Implement and optimize BLE features in embedded platforms running FreeRTOS. Debug and resolve complex issues related to Bluetooth communication, interoperability, and performance. Collaborate with hardware, firmware, and mobile application teams to ensure seamless integration. Maintain and enhance existing codebases written in C and C++. Conduct code reviews, write technical documentation, and mentor junior engineers. Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) stack development. Strong programming skills in C and C++ . Solid understanding of Bluetooth protocol layers and BLE architecture. Experience with FreeRTOS or similar embedded RTOS environments. Familiarity with embedded development toolchains (ARM, GCC, IAR, Keil, etc.). Experience with power optimization techniques in low-power wireless communication systems. Knowledge of security protocols and pairing mechanisms in BLE. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of other wireless protocols (e.g., Zigbee, Thread, Wi-Fi). Familiarity with mobile app BLE integration (iOS/Android). Bachelors or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
