The ideal candidate will have experience in automotive body repair, a strong understanding of repair techniques, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities Inspect and assess damaged vehicles to determine the extent of repairs needed. Repair or replace damaged body panels, frames, and other structural components using appropriate tools and techniques. Perform welding and fabrication tasks to restore vehicle integrity. Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and applying primer. Apply paint and finishes to match original vehicle specifications. Conduct thorough inspections of completed repairs to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Work closely with other technicians, service advisors, and parts departments to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in auto body repair. Proficiency in using body shop tools and equipment. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
