Job Description

Job Title: Boiler Operator with B or C license Position Summary: We are seeking a qualified and experienced Boiler Operator to manage the operation and maintenance of LDO-fired boilers. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of relevant experience, ensuring smooth operation, performing preventive maintenance, and adhering to safety and operational procedures. Qualifications: Certification: 2nd or 1st Class Boiler Operator certification. Experience: 4 to 5 years in boiler operation and maintenance. Key Responsibilities: Boiler Operation & Maintenance: Responsible for the operation of the LDO (Light Diesel Oil) fired boiler to ensure efficient performance. Transfer LDO from main tanks to day tanks and unload LDO from tankers safely and accurately. Clean fuel filters, diffuser plates, and burner nozzles as and when required to ensure smooth functioning of the boiler. Water Treatment & Chemical Addition: Add chemicals to maintain water quality parameters as per the required schedule. Shutdown & Cleaning: Carry out the cleaning of boiler fire tubes during scheduled shutdowns with the help of additional manpower. Preventive Maintenance & Documentation: Conduct preventive maintenance work on the boiler and ensure that the preventive maintenance checklist is updated as per the maintenance schedule. Maintain all necessary documents like logbooks, preventive maintenance checklists, and other required GDP documentation. Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Electrical & Mechanical (E&M) safety standards, and Environmental, Health, Safety, and Security (EHSS) SOPs. Demonstrate flexibility by working in shifts as per operational requirements. Benefits: Food: Two times food will be provided by the company.
