Role & responsibilities Prepare TDS calculations and related compliances, Monthly deposit, Quarterly returns, and Statutory forms and TDS returns.Withholding Tax compliance on foreign remittances.Filing of relevant tax returns, related compliances, and tax assessments.Prepare submission of Quarterly Advance tax, Annual tax returns.Prepare tra.nsfer pricing study & documentation including master file, local files and CbCR reportingAdvise on & comply with TDS applicability on any new transactions.Direct Tax & TP litigation.Prepare details for Statutory and Tax audits and coordination with auditors.Drive continuous process improvements, reduce inefficiencies, drive automation projects with a keen focus on reducing overall costs.Provide guidance and training to junior tax staff and other departments on tax-related matters.Stay current with changes in tax laws, tax regulations, and industry best practices to continuously improve knowledge.Assist in preparing deferred tax calculations, income tax provisions, and tax disclosures in financial statements.Ensure full compliance with IFC and regularly assess effectiveness and if required incorporate changes in IFC.Preparation of Annual Statutory financial statements as per Indian GAAP.Coordinate Statutory, Tax, TP and Internal Audit.Preferred candidate profile CA/CMA/MBA/M.Com. or similar with more than 7 years of working experience in Direct Tax, Transfer pricing & Audits in manufacturing/assembly of construction machinery, agricultural machines or other vehicle construction industry.2. Knowledge of generally accepted accounting policies with the ability to drive to root cause of specific concerns.3. Conduct customer visits, surveys and feedback sessions to understand expectations. Work on customer - centric improvement projects to enhance product reliability. Use tools like 8D, CAPA & Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to address quality concerns. Preparing detailed quality reports, presentations & Dashboards for Management. Preferred candidate profile Desired CandidatesB.E / B.Tech Mechanical/Automobile/ with more than 10 years of working experience in customer quality, warranty management or filed service preferably in construction equipment, heavy machinery or automobile industry. Understanding of construction equipment's (Compactors, Rollers, Pavers etc.) their components and performance parameters will be an added advantage. Strong experience in handling customer complaints and ensuring timely resolution. Technical expertise in hydraulic and electrical parts. Familiar with SAP for Warranty Claim tracking, quality reporting and defect monitoring. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Excellent communication and presentation skills. German language skills will be an added advantage.
