PORSCHE DESIGN -BRAND STORE MANAGER:THE KEY ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESMeeting and exceeding sales, individual and store targets. Directly responsible for stores complete Profit and Loss.Update sales data in Tally software on daily bases.Reporting to Sales Manager first on daily bases on all the activities happening in store. Ensuring growth, higher sales conversions, improving consistently on other store performance indicatorsManager will take the final call after speaking to Sales Manager on giving Replacement / Return or Exchange.Managing store promotions and retail discounts, within set parametersAcquiring and sharing evolving market trends and competitive activities.Ensuring adequate stock levels at all times, minimizing stock out situationsEnsuring highest level of store upkeep, hygiene and visual merchandising standardsDeveloping a cohesive, fully trained & motivated team to deliver superior customer service on a consistent basisLeading by example reflecting the values of the brand, integrity and disciplineSupervising and managing assigned store(s) but also filling in for staff while on the shop-floor, personally dealing with Key/Valuable customersProviding a structured feedback to the Sales Manager / Management on opportunities for continuous improvementThe store manager must make sure his store is meeting the targets and earning profits. Developing store strategies to raise customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitabilityMeeting sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to store staffEnsuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
