Job Description

The incumbent should be a post-graduate with a deep passion for novels and films. The job involves editing and revising the work of writers. Candidate should ideally have a sense of storytelling and understanding of the social fabric, familiarity with the culture, tradition, geography and colloquial languages (Hindi, Bengali, Tamil, Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Gujarati). An adequate experience as an editor in a publishing house is a must. Prior experience of novel/ fiction writing and proficiency in English will be an added advantage.
