Bot Automation Lead - Leading Captive

Job Description

Immediate Joiners Only Responsibilities: Assess business requirements, collect and identify technical specifications, and develop technology solutions that meet operational requirements such as scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability, and manageability. Design and deliver automation solutions using Python/GoLang, Django, and Flask. Work with HTTP, REST, RESTful, and JSON API services in a programming language. Utilize ORM, data structures, algorithms, Selenium, and SQL knowledge. Write clean, high-quality, scalable code in Python and improve existing code. Apply SOLID principles, follow OOPs, and use design patterns to solve complex problems. Leverage cloud technologies such as Lambda, Docker, and Kubernetes. Lead the design and implementation of scalable data pipelines and architectures using Python and SQL. Troubleshoot and debug Python code, identifying bottlenecks and bugs, and devising solutions. Create and maintain documentation for database designs, codebase, and APIs. Maintain the RPA Object Library and create standards for developing and maintaining reusable components. Maintain and monitor RPA environments (Dev/Test/Prod) Lead the problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing, and reporting defects. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Mentor developers, promoting best practices in Python automation and software development Lead a team of 10-12 members, guiding them for technical delivery
