The Branch Head will oversee daily operations, team management, client consultations, and the implementation of strategic plans to meet branch goals. Responsibilities include leading a team, managing client relations, coordinating with headquarters, ensuring high service standards, and driving branch growth. Qualifications Leadership and team management skills Client relations and customer service skills Strategic planning and operational oversight skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience in the education consultancy industry is a plus Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Education, or related field Work Experience Minimum 5 Years of experience in relevant or education industry Have already worked in similar role.
