Job Title: Branch Head Company: Ducat Location: Gurgaon Job Type: Full-Time Job Description: Ducat is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Head to manage our Gurgaon branch operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, team management experience, and a strong understanding of the IT training/education industry . Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the Gurgaon branch Lead, motivate, and supervise the branch team to achieve targets Drive business growth by promoting IT training courses and services Ensure smooth execution of training programs and student satisfaction Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and support Handle administrative duties including scheduling, staffing, and reporting Address queries from students, trainers, and staff professionally Maintain branch discipline and ensure compliance with company policies Requirements: Prior experience in branch management or operations Knowledge of IT training courses and the education industry is essential Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage a team and drive performance Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities What We Offer: A leadership role in a growing IT training company Opportunity to influence and grow branch performance Supportive work environment and professional development opportunities Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Application Question(s): Do you have experience in IT courses sales?
