We are looking for a highly motivated sales professional as a Branch Head for a leading NBFC- Gold Loan Company in Kerala & Tamil Nadu . Job Roles And Responsibilities Acquire new customers through various channels and build relationships with existing customers. Identify potential customers and generate leads to increase customer base. Offer banking products and services to customers and provide them with customized solutions to meet their needs. Meet sales targets by cross-selling various banking products and services. Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction. Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently. Ensure compliance with the bank's policies and procedures. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions Desired Candidates Requirements Any Graduation / Post Graduation VRS/ Retired Government Officers Having previous experience in the field of Gold Loans.
