Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager based in Hyderabad, with some work from home acceptable. The Branch Manager will oversee the daily operations of the branch, manage staff, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business development. Responsibilities include achieving branch targets, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, managing financial transactions, and providing excellent customer service. The Branch Manager will also strategize to increase branch profitability and ensure the smooth, effective functioning of the branch. Qualifications \n Experience in managing banking operations and staff Strong knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements Customer service skills and ability to resolve customer issues efficiently Business development skills with a focus on achieving targets and increasing branch profitability Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Experience with financial products and wealth management services is a plus Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Show more Show less
