We aim to improve customer satisfaction in the financial sector. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Branch Manager located in Chennai, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, developing and implementing business plans, monitoring branch financial activities, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Branch Manager will also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and create a motivating and rewarding work environment for staff. Qualifications Experience in managing branch operations and staff Skills in customer service and handling customer inquiries Sales and business development skills Knowledge of financial products and services Excellent leadership and team management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Understanding of regulatory compliance in the banking sector Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field Experience in the fintech or banking industry is a plus Show more Show less
