We are looking for a Branch Manager for Bengaluru, who will develop and grow business in Bengaluru and Karnataka region. Responsibilities include: Based on the business plan for the financial year, defining the sales strategy Sharing the strategy with branch staff and ensuring to achieve and exceed targets Should have complete sales focus, should have established relationship with customers in Karnataka and should be able to drive the business Driving the sales team for optimum performance Monitoring the operations & having tight control on operational costs Creating a conducive work environment promoting ethical business with a strong focus on IGL values Guiding and motivating the team for branch success Managing day-to-day administrative needs of the branch Ensuring that the billing to the customers is done on a timely basis as per the agreed terms Ascertaining timely collection of payments as per the agreed terms and keeping strict tab on outstanding and collectibles Managing the cash flow effectively for smooth functioning of the branch Ideal candidate : Graduate degree is a must Around 10-15 years experience in Sales / Business Development / P & L responsible Technical skills - Financial acumen, freight forwarding / customs broking knowledge Should have extremely good written and oral communication skills.
