Role & responsibilities Direct all operational aspects including sales, distribution, underwriting, collections, operations, customer service, human resources and administration Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans Meet goals and metrics Bring out the best of branchs personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities and needs Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration Meeting income objectives of the branch including portfolio management (retail loans) Providing training, coaching, development and motivation for branch personnel Developing forecasts, financial objectives and business plans Preferred candidate profile Experience in the financial services industry with knowledge of the SME sector Minimum 3 years of proven branch management experience, or similar role in lending industry Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices Ability to meet targets and other metrics Familiarity with industrys rules and regulations Excellent organizational skills Results driven and customer focused Leadership and human resources management skills Education Graduate in any discipline Perks and benefits PF/Mediclaim/Local Conveyance Lucrative Incentives
