Job Description

Key Responsibilities Business Development & CASA Growth - Drive CASA acquisition through new customer onboarding, cross-selling, and referrals. - Develop and execute strategies to increase branch revenue and market share. - Identify and tap potential HNI, SME, and retail customers to enhance CASA book. - Ensure seamless customer service and build long-term banking relationships. Branch Operations & Compliance - Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth transactions and adherence to RBI and internal compliance norms. - Ensure KYC & AML compliance for all account openings and transactions. - Monitor customer service standards, grievance resolution, and overall customer experience. Team Management & Leadership - Lead and mentor branch staff, ensuring high levels of performance and motivation. - Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team skills. - Drive sales targets for CASA, term deposits, and other liability products. Revenue & Profitability Management - Ensure achievement of branch business targets and profitability. - Optimize branch cost efficiency while maximizing revenue streams. - Monitor and control branch expenses, NPAs, and operational risks.
