Job Description

Ensure that branch monthly, quarterly and annual Sales targets are achieved in accordance with the Company Business Plan. Acquire new customers, particularly corporates, banks, and money changers, and expand the branchs customer base. Identify business opportunities in the local market and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Manage forex & outward remittance markets while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling forex and remittance products. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including student consultants, exchange companies, and corporate clients. Ensure exceptional customer service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction levels. Handle inbound and outbound calls efficiently, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Ensure smooth execution of forex trading, currency exchange, and remittance transactions while educating customers on financial products. Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary. Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, KYC, AML, and regulatory guidelines. Monitor and manage end-of-day cash balancing and ensure all cheques/demand drafts are deposited on time. Ensure accurate documentation of customer details, transactions, and feedback in the system. Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth transactions and operations. Ensure audit preparedness and financial reports compliance. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales and customer service team to achieve performance targets. Provide ongoing training and development to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and compliance adherence. Recruit, hire, and manage staff performance while fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Analyse branch performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Prepare and present monthly financial & operational reports to management. Manage branch budget and control expenditures to ensure cost-effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
