Managing Branch Operations Overseeing daily activities, including customer service, sales, and operational efficiency. Sales and Business Development Setting and achieving sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, and identifying new business opportunities Customer Service Handling customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Financial Management Managing the branch budget, analyzing financial performance, and implementing cost-saving measures. Communication and Collaboration Liaising with regional and corporate offices, communicating effectively with staff and customers, and collaborating with other branches.
