Position - Branch Manager - ST LAP Reporting into - Cluster Manager - ST LAP Location - Coimbatore Salary Gross upto 40000 per month + incentive + TA + Statutory benefits Education - Any Degree Job Description Experience of sourcing LAP from Open Market and managing a team of LAP executives. Achieving consolidated monthly target. Responsible for LAP Growth Identifying LAP loans (Upto 10 Lakhs) to suit the target customers and geographies. Enabling business growth by assessing local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities Should be able to handle all the branch level activities for ensuring business growth. Should have handled a team in the past. Bring out the best of branch - personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation Skills a) Proficiency in Tamil b) Candidate should have prior Sales background in SMALL TICKET LAP (UPTO 10 LAKHS) c) Proven ability to meet targets. d) Detail and process oriented. e) Self-starter and self-motivated f) Should open to frequent travel within territory. Experience 7 years Preferable ST LAP Background (UPTO 10 LAKHS)
