Role & responsibilities Business development through market intelligence, new channels, AR, builders, marketing activities and events. Achieve the monthly target. Revenue target management for branch and team members. Annual operating plans and target management. Branch portfolio management. Overall customer experience. Recovery management. MIS management preparing, reviewing and presenting reports periodically. Policy and process awareness, training and knowledge sharing with team. Regulatory/audit compliance management. Team development through feedback coaching and training. Preferred candidate profile Graduation in any discipline. 7+ years of experience in selling of home loan/non home loan/construction finance products/related companies preferably. 3+ years in managing a team. Sound understanding of home loan products in the industry. Market understanding including products/policies of competitors. Good communication skills with a reasonable proficiency in the local language. Proven ability to develop and manage networking/relationship.
