Job Title: Branch Manager (Study Abroad Services) Location: Anna Nagar & T. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations at our Anna Nagar and T. Nagar branches. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the education sector, with in-depth knowledge of study abroad processes (specifically for the USA, UK, Canada, and the EU) and test preparation. Candidates with a minimum of one year of experience as a Center Manager will be given preference. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the Anna Nagar and T. Nagar branches, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with company standards. Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollments for study abroad programs and test preparation services. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of counselors, telecallers, and other staff members. Drive business growth by achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Ensure excellent customer service and provide personalized guidance to prospective students. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute local outreach programs and promotional campaigns. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of study abroad destinations (USA, UK, Canada, EU) and test preparation (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT). Conduct training sessions for staff to improve product knowledge and customer handling skills. Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics, implementing improvements as necessary. Build and nurture relationships with educational institutions, universities, and other stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Center Manager, preferably in the education sector. Strong knowledge of study abroad processes, particularly for the USA, UK, Canada, and the EU. Familiarity with major test preparation programs (IELTS, TOEFL, GRE, GMAT, SAT). Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Education, Business, or similar). Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proven ability to manage a team and drive business growth. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for guiding students toward their goals. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in managing multi-branch operations. Proficiency in CRM software and reporting tools. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
