Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage relationships with high net worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate clients to acquire new customers and expand existing ones. Identify cross-selling opportunities for third-party products such as insurance, mutual funds, etc. through portfolio management. Develop strategies to increase sales revenue from current accounts, saving accounts, and other retail liabilities. Handle HNI client handling at the branch level by providing exceptional service and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business targets set by the organization. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in branch banking or related field. Strong understanding of CASA sales, cross selling, HNI acquisition, HNI client handling, portfolio management, retail branch banking, retail liabilities, and third party product sales. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients.
