Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve targets for liability products. Sales Execution: Directly sell and cross-sell liability products to new and existing customers. Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets for deposit accounts, loans, and other liability products. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and encourage repeat business.
