Job Title: Brand Ambassador Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Retail Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology, health & fitness and a strong understanding of wearable technology / products. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Manage the brand asset deployed in the store, ensure Merchandising & Plano as shared by the brand. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of the product. Stay up-to-date with the latest Wearable , IT & CSD technologies and trends. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor. Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly. Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal store performance. Participate in training sessions and product knowledge updates. Eligibility: Must be graduate , high school diploma or equivalent with minimum 2 years of exp in similar industry / product line. Strong knowledge of wearables, Mobile Phones & laptops technology. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Fluent English is must Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Well verse with the Social Media platforms
