Role Overview: Brand & Communications Lead Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling content for various channels such as websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and print materials. Performance Analysis: Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs), and adjusting strategies based on insights. Market Research: Conduct market research, analyze data, and interpret insights to inform decision-making and tailor communication strategies effectively. Skills & Qualifications: Strong written and verbal communication skills, essential for conveying marketing messages effectively and collaborating across teams. Critical and strategic thinking abilities to develop marketing plans aligned with business goals and audience preferences. Creativity in generating innovative and engaging marketing campaigns, content, and visual materials that stand out in a competitive market. Proficiency in digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and online advertising. Experience in market research, data analysis, and interpreting insights to drive informed decision-making. Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
