Your Role As our Brand Communication Executive, you will be at the forefront of sales, branding, and high-level client engagement. You will represent Novella with elegance and authority, build strong relationships with HNIs, wedding planners, and luxury venues — and drive business through compelling conversations, thoughtful storytelling, and impeccable execution. Key Responsibilities Lead sales discussions with potential clients, planners, venues, and collaborators, representing Novella as the benchmark of luxury weddings in India Own the entire sales journey — from inquiry to onboarding — with support from creative and planning teams Curate and deliver pitch presentations aligned with the brand’s tone and the client’s vision Build strong one-on-one relationships with high-net-worth clients, guiding them with clarity, empathy, and sophistication Be Novella’s face across luxury venues, bridal showcases, industry events, and vendor interactions Strengthen the Novella brand by ensuring every communication — verbal, written, or visual — reflects its elegance and exclusivity Contribute to brand-building efforts via collaborations, PR opportunities, and influencer engagement Manage client communications with warmth and professionalism across in-person meetings, calls, emails, and virtual interactions Be flexible to travel for client meetings and weddings across India Who You Are A strong communicator with a gift for persuasion and presence Confident handling elite clientele, luxury vendors, and high-value deals Sales-focused with a creative edge — driven by targets but fluent in aesthetics Passionate about weddings, culture, design, and storytelling Polished, proactive, and emotionally intelligent Comfortable with dynamic schedules, multitasking, and high-pressure environments Preferred Background Prior experience in luxury brand sales, hospitality, or high-end wedding/event space Familiar with HNI client engagement and upscale service dynamics Strong sense of ownership with a refined understanding of brand language and tone Join Novella — where every conversation becomes a chapter in someone’s most beautiful story .
