Role Summary:We’re looking for a passionate Brand Executive who not only understands branding and consumer insights but also truly loves pets. You’ll help shape and strengthen the JUSTDOGS brand across digital, retail, and offline touchpoints. This role blends creativity, campaign execution, and a deep emotional connection with our pet-loving community.Key Responsibilities:Support the planning and rollout of brand campaigns across social media, retail, influencer, and offline channels.Work closely with content, design, and media teams to ensure consistent and engaging brand storytelling.Track key brand health metrics—engagement, NPS, awareness—and share actionable insights.Assist in product launches, ensuring alignment of packaging, messaging, and customer experience.Maintain brand consistency across visual touchpoints: stores, ecommerce listings, packaging, events, and POS.Coordinate with external partners—agencies, creators, merchandise vendors—for brand collaterals and activations.Conduct research on trends, competitors, and pet parent behavior to feed into campaign planning.Bring empathy and enthusiasm to everything—because our customers are not just people, they’re pet parents.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.1–3 years of brand/consumer marketing experience (pet industry experience is a plus).Must be a genuine pet lover—understanding of pet parent psychology is a big advantage.Strong project management, communication, and coordination skills.Comfortable with Excel/PowerPoint; working knowledge of Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.A self-starter mindset with a love for detail and emotional storytelling.
