Aavas Financiers Ltd. is seeking for a passionate and experienced Branding Manager to join our team, who will play a key role in shaping the brand's image, driving marketing initiatives, and ensuring that Aavas continues to resonate with its audience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful brand strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and driving brand growth across multiple channels. Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Positioning: Develop and implement the brand strategy to enhance Aavas's market position. Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and maintain a strong brand identity.Marketing Operations: Oversee the planning and execution of ATL (Above the Line) including media buying, vendor management, signage planning, and event activations.Campaign Management: Lead the conceptualization and execution of marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty.Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the product, sales, and communication teams to ensure brand messaging aligns with business goals and customer expectations.Outdoor & In-shop Branding Visibility: Manage outdoor visibility initiatives like billboards, signage, and retail merchandising to enhance brand recognition in key markets.Budget & Procurement Management: Assist in budget planning, track marketing expenses, and ensure cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives.Event Planning & Execution: Manage branding for promotional events, launches, and activations to ensure maximum visibility and engagement.Market Analysis & Reporting: Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer insights to continuously improve branding efforts. Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness and ROI. Qualifications:MBA in Marketing or a related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in a financial services or related industry.Proven experience in handling ATL campaigns, media planning, and vendor management.Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multi-channel campaigns efficiently.Proficient in marketing tools and software, including MS Office and design platforms like CorelDraw and Photoshop.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and lead a team.Strong analytical skills and experience in measuring and reporting on brand performance.
