Role & responsibilities 1) Brand Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement strategic brand plans to achieve business objectives across channels and markets. 2) P&L & Revenue Target Ownership: Manage full P&L for the brand, driving topline growth and optimizing profitability. 3) New Product Development (NPD): Lead the conceptualization, development, and launch of new products in collaboration with R&D, supply chain, and sales. 4) GTM & Channel Strategy: Design and execute go-to-market strategies across E-commerce, MT, and GT. Work closely with sales teams to ensure market activation and retail execution. Should have apt knowledge of trade marketing also. 5) Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams including Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Finance, and Creative to drive aligned brand initiatives. 6) E-commerce Strategy: Develop e-commerce marketing and sales strategies. Monitor performance and optimize for growth on key platforms. 7) Market & Consumer Insights: Conduct competitive analysis and consumer research to identify trends and growth opportunities. 8) Communication & Campaigns: Drive brand communication through impactful campaigns (digital, ATL/BTL). Work with agencies to develop creative assets. 9) Performance Tracking & Reporting: Regularly track brand KPIs and campaign performance. Present reports and recommendations using Excel and PowerPoint. 10) Digital Excellence: Should have knowledge of Digital media and performance marketing Qualifications and Skills - 5-8 years experience in FMCG / Fragrance / Beauty Strong understanding of E-commerce, Modern Trade, and General Trade dynamics Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS PowerPoint and Excel, with the ability to navigate datasets and derive meaningful insights Flexibility to travel. Willingness and motivation to learn all aspects of the business, both within and outside the marketing domain
