We're now looking for a Brand Manager to help us shape and scale our narrative with soul, structure, and strategy. What You’ll Do Plan and manage live events (aka our baithaks) from idea to execution Build and maintain brand identity across physical and digital touchpoints Create and manage content calendars, collaterals, and campaigns Work with artists, vendors, and collaborators to bring each experience alive Ensure smooth coordination across teams with sharp attention to detail Contribute to community engagement through storytelling and outreach Who You Are ✅ A culture lover with a knack for storytelling ✅ Proficient in Excel, Canva , and basic project management tools ✅ Extremely organized, warm, and people-friendly ✅ Self-driven, creative, and great at managing timelines ✅ Experience in events, branding, or communications is a bonus Perks Be part of a growing cultural movement Work closely with artists, storytellers & makers Travel, music, and lots of soulful chai moments Ready to join our team?
