Job Description

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and overall market positioning of the company's products or services. The role involves working cross-functionally to ensure the brand's vision and messaging are consistent across all platforms and touchpoints. Role & responsibilities Market Research: Researching and analyzing consumer behavior, market trends and competitor activity. Brand Strategy Development: Lead the creation and execution of brand strategies that align with the company's objectives and target audience. Budgeting: Establishing budgets, performance specifications and sales estimates. Marketing & Branding Activities: Planning and executing marketing initiatives including campaigns, events, sponsorships and corporate social responsibility programs. Brand Awareness: Building brand awareness and increasing brand value and profitability. Market Share: Increasing product sales and market share. Performance Assessment: Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product development, sales, design, and other departments to ensure the brand message is consistent and effective. Performance Management: Analyze the performance of branding initiatives and campaigns through metrics such as ROI, engagement, and brand health. Overseeing the production: Overseeing the production of advertisements, promotional materials and mail campaigns. Company Values: Ensuring that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values. JOB DESCRIPTION Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, ensuring high levels of creativity and performance. Projected Reports (Half-Yearly, Quarterly, and Monthly): Develop Half-Yearly, Quarterly, and Monthly Reports: Create comprehensive reports focusing on sales performance, revenue growth, and key initiatives. Provide analysis on product launches, marketing campaign effectiveness, and consumer behavior. Revenue Forecasting: Forecast revenue growth and track performance across each period. Compare performance against targets and adjust projections as necessary. Campaign Performance Review: Monitor and analyze the impact of ongoing marketing campaigns. Adjust strategies based on ROI metrics from campaigns (advertising, digital, etc.). Collaboration with Sales Heads on Consumer Behavior Insights: Conduct Regular Meetings with Sales Heads: Gather insights into evolving consumer behavior, buying patterns, and customer pain points. Analyze Customer Feedback & Trends: Review customer surveys, reviews, and behavioral data to better understand consumer motivations. Consumer Behavior Segmentation: Collaborate to segment customers based on demographic and behavioral data. Identify the most effective marketing channels for each consumer segment. Develop Marketing Strategies Aligned with Consumer Insights: Personalized Marketing Campaigns: Use consumer insights to design personalized and targeted campaigns for different customer segments. Branding Strategy: Must update branding strategy to CEO for the Next 6 Months.
