Job Title: Marketing & Branding Manager (Food & Beverage Industry) Location: Bangalore Experience: 0 - 3 years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are looking for a passionate Marketing & Branding Manager to drive the growth and positioning of our food brands across categories such as sweets, savouries, condiments, and coffee. This role requires a dynamic professional with a deep love for food, a keen eye for design, and a strategic mindset to craft compelling brand narratives. The ideal candidate will work closely with top branding, marketing, and design agencies to build and elevate our brand presence, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities: Brand Building & Strategy Develop and execute brand positioning and architecture strategies for multiple food categories. Partner with leading branding and marketing agencies to create a cohesive brand manual that denes visual identity, messaging, and tone of voice. Drive brand storytelling that connects with consumers on an emotional level and enhances brand recall. Marketing & Campaigns Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and experiential platforms. Collaborate with creative teams and agencies to develop high-impact social media content, advertising campaigns, and inuencer partnerships. Manage marketing budgets and optimize spend for maximum ROI. Packaging & Creative Development Lead packaging design and innovation to ensure product differentiation and premium appeal. Work with designers, agencies, and suppliers to bring unique packaging concepts to life that enhance shelf visibility and brand perception. Ensure adherence to regulatory and industry guidelines for packaging and product claims. Content Creation & Digital Presence Oversee photoshoots and videoshoots for the product portfolio, ensuring high-quality assets for online listings, e-commerce, and marketing campaigns. Develop content strategies that highlight product uniqueness and brand values. Optimize digital assets for e-commerce platforms, ensuring compelling product descriptions and imagery. Consumer Insights & Market Trends Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends in food branding and consumer preferences. Use data-driven insights to rene marketing strategies and enhance consumer engagement. Build community engagement through interactive and innovative content. What We are Looking For: 0 - 3 years of experience in brand marketing, FMCG, or the food industry. Passion for brand strategy, marketing campaigns, and packaging design. Interest in working with branding, marketing, and design agencies. A deep love for food and an understanding of food culture and consumer trends is a good to have Hands-on interest in photoshoots/videoshoots for food brands.
