Brand Marketing Associate (Influencers)

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing Wellversed marketing initiatives, with a particular focus on influencer marketing. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (KRAs): 1. Discovery & Logging of social media creators in the Brand Intelligence Dashboard. 2. Reaching out to suitable creators and promoters and signing the contract with them. 3. Getting campaigns executed from the Influencers. 4. Create reports to track brand growth, highlighting areas for improvement. 5. Market research to have a better understanding of consumers. 6. Maintain healthy and professional relationships with Influencers. Required Skills: 1. Research & Analytical Skills – Evaluate influencer credibility, audience alignment, and competitive benchmarks. 2. Social Media Expertise – Understand platform algorithms, influencer trends, and engagement dynamics. 3. Communication & Negotiation – Craft persuasive outreach messages and secure favourable collaboration terms. 4. Project Management – Manage timelines, approvals, and execution of influencer campaigns efficiently. 5. Performance Metrics & Insights – Track and interpret influencer KPIs, translating data into actionable strategies. 6. Interpersonal Skills – Build rapport with influencers, ensuring trust and long-term brand advocacy.
