Job Description

Purpose The role is responsible to plan, monitor and co-ordinate all the marketing & brand communications of the organization by creating communication across media, managing the media planning & buying and innovating consistently marketing activities to enhance the organizations image and position within the market place and the general public. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic To be involved in developing the annual / project specific branding strategy based on product segment and customer profile To develop the Annual Brand Plan in conjunction with the Marketing Head, Sales & Agency 2. Brand Development Identifies and evaluates new markets and partnership opportunities through networking, attendance and participation with various industry and professional groups and networking associations Implement brand standards related to brand identity (logos, colours, palettes, stationary and other intellectual property) To work closely with the Agency on the copy/ content and creative for advertisement and promotional campaigns To develop various post-sale marketing initiatives (viz. welcome kit, letter etc.) and all promotional material including at exhibitions, etc. Brand tie-ups and relations, leveraging cross-brands to add value to Sunteck as a Brand Collaborate with the digital team for all websites, keeping relevant information current, ensuring adequate data is made available to public in compliance with internal & regulatory compliance requirements (x. Share price data, property sale data, disclaimers etc) 3. Market research and assessment Analyze findings of market research studies and provide inputs to the marketing plan to determine target business lines, new customer/market segments, new geographic expansion opportunities etc. Keep track of local, national, and international factors affecting the buying and selling of real estate and commercial spaces; Update senior management as need arises 4. Marketing function management Coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services Suggest promotions/ events/ other brand building activities to the marketing team and oversee implementation Support brand building through professional networking Coordinate with various agencies including advertising agencies to develop, maintain and promote the brand identity and external communication Qualifications & Experience Preferred (2 yr full time) MBA degree or equivalent (Marketing & Communications) 6/8 years of experience with 2 years in a similar role If from agency background, should have handled real estate clients Knowledge of Real Estate marketing Strong knowledge in brand management & media management (specifically new age media) Interested candidates to email their CV to rohit.punwani@sunteckindia.com/ juthika.gupta@sunteckindia.com
