Job Title : Brand Promoter *Age Limit - 27 or Below* Key Responsibilities : 1. In-Store Promotions: Promote products and services within retail stores, engaging with customers and store staff. 2. Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of brand products. 3. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers, answer queries, and provide product information to build brand awareness and drive sales. 4. Visual Merchandising: Ensure brand products are displayed prominently and attractively within the store. 5. Inventory Management: Monitor and report on brand product inventory within the store. 6. Sales Generation: Meet sales targets by promoting brand products and services to customers. 7. Store Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with store staff and management to ensure effective promotion of brand products. Requirements : 1. Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.B.Tech more prefrance. 2. Experience : Min1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or marketing. 3. Skills : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Ability to meet sales targets. 4. Physical Requirements : Ability to stand for long periods, lift promotional materials, and move around the store.
