Brand Promotion Executive

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Trade Show & Event Management: Research, plan, and manage participation in local and international trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events . Coordinate booth design, promotional materials, and logistics to ensure a strong brand presence. Develop pre-event marketing strategies (email campaigns, invitations, social media) to attract potential clients. Engage with industry professionals, potential customers, and partners during events. Track and analyze event performance (ROI, lead conversion, attendee engagement). Outbound Marketing & Lead Generation: Conduct direct outreach via cold calling, email marketing, and LinkedIn campaigns to generate leads. Develop B2B/B2C sales pipelines from trade shows and outbound efforts. Maintain and update the CRM with new contacts and follow up on event-generated leads. Partner with sales teams to convert prospects into customers . Brand Awareness & Promotion: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all trade show and marketing activities. Work with the design and content teams to create brochures, banners, presentations, and digital content. Develop corporate sponsorship opportunities and partnerships at industry events. Market Research & Strategy: Identify new market opportunities by analyzing trade show trends and competitor participation. Monitor industry developments and customer preferences to refine marketing strategies . Provide insights and recommendations to senior management for future event participation and outreach . Qualifications & Skills: Education: Bachelors or Master’s in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field . Experience: 3-7 years in event marketing, outbound sales, business development, or trade show management . Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills . Willingness to travel frequently for industry events and expos. Experience with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and lead generation software . Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
