Customer Engagement: Provide excellent customer service, answer inquiries, and offer product knowledge to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Sales Promotion: Promote Welspun products, seasonal offers, and discounts to drive sales and achieve store targets. Visual Merchandising: Maintain appealing product displays that align with the brands standards and attract customers. Stock Management: Monitor inventory levels, assist with replenishing stock, and ensure the store is well-organized and visually appealing. Event Coordination: Help organize and execute promotional events or brand activations to increase customer footfall and brand awareness. Feedback & Reporting: Gather customer feedback and communicate insights to the management team for potential improvements. Skills and Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Retail, or a related field is a plus). Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service (experience with brand promotion is preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers. Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality with a passion for customer service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
