JD – Brand Strategist We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Strategist and a Consumer Insights Specialist to join our team. This role combines social media strategy and in-depth consumer analysis to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics, as well as the ability to translate consumer data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy: • Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies that align with the brand’s goals and objectives. • Stay up- to date on the latest social media trends and industry trends to stay ahead of the curve Consumer Insights: • Conduct market research to identify trends, preferences, and consumer behaviour. • Research client brands and competitors' current strategies to identify new opportunities. • Analyse data from various sources, including social media platforms, surveys, and web analytics tools, to extract insights. • Present findings and recommendations helping shape campaigns and strategies. New Business & Pitches: • Receiving and closing the brief for the pitch • Set expectation with internal stakeholders/department • Set deadline for the delivery – Internal as well as the pitch • End to end delivery of all the pitches Existing Clients: • Weekly check-in with Account Managers to understand strategic requirements for their respective brands • Quarterly strategies to be locked with all the retainer accounts, understanding of their KPIs and aligning deliverables with AMs Qualification & Skills required: • An MBA or a Post Graduate Degree • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Brand Strategist, Consumer Insights Analyst, or similar role, preferably in a digital agency • Strong understanding of social media platforms • Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms • Excellent communication, writing, and creative skills. • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. • Experience in market research and consumer insights is a plus. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
