Job Title: Associate Business Manager - Brand Strategist Department: Business Growth Experience: 2–5 years Key Responsibilities Develop strategic brand positioning, messaging, and campaign direction rooted in cultural and consumer insights Lead and contribute to new business pitches; distill research and data into compelling strategic narratives Conduct primary and secondary research to uncover category and audience insights Collaborate with creative, account management, and media teams to ensure strategic alignment across all deliverables Craft clear, inspiring creative briefs that guide big-idea thinking and execution Translate client goals and research findings into actionable brand and communication strategies Manage multiple client relationships across varied industries (e.g., BFSI, FMCG, Auto, Pharma, etc.) Deliver thought leadership on trends, consumer shifts, and category dynamics Regularly review campaign performance and optimize strategy based on results and feedback Requirements Proven experience working on high-value brands or new business development Strong portfolio of strategic deliverables (e.g., brand decks, research insights, creative briefs) Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Comfort working with data (quantitative and qualitative) to inform decisions Proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote and storytelling through decks Highly collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative environment Show more Show less
