Job Description

To develop and execute brand strategies that position the company distinctly in the market, strengthen customer perception, and align with long-term business goals. Key Responsibilities: Brand Positioning & Strategy Define the brand’s purpose, values, voice, and visual identity. Conduct competitive analysis and audience research to shape unique brand narratives. Develop brand architecture across multiple products or services. Market & Consumer Insights Gather and analyze data on consumer behavior, trends, and preferences. Translate insights into actionable brand strategies and messaging. Creative Brief Development Create briefs for designers, marketers, and content creators that align with brand strategy. Ensure consistency in brand storytelling across all platforms. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, design, sales, and product teams to ensure brand consistency. Guide internal stakeholders and partners in brand application and tone. Campaign Oversight Contribute to or lead branding campaigns, product launches, and rebranding efforts. Measure brand performance using KPIs such as brand awareness, perception, and engagement. Brand Governance Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure uniformity. Conduct brand audits to assess alignment and identify areas for improvement. Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and consumer psychology Excellent communication and storytelling abilities Proficiency in market research and analysis Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) Preferred Background: Degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, or related field 3–7 years of experience in brand strategy, advertising, or marketing roles Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
