Position Overview: As a Brand Writer at our performance marketing agency, you will be responsible for creating high-quality written content that supports our performance marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the marketing team to produce blog posts, landing pages, ad copy, email campaigns, social media posts, and other digital content that helps generate leads, improve conversions, and boost brand awareness. Your ability to craft persuasive and engaging copy while understanding key marketing metrics will be essential to success in this role. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Write, edit, and proofread content for a variety of digital formats, including blog posts, landing pages, email newsletters, social media posts, paid ads, case studies, and product/service descriptions. Performance-Focused Writing: Develop content that is optimized for performance marketing goals—whether it’s increasing conversions, driving website traffic, generating leads, or enhancing user engagement. SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and write content optimized for search engines to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to client websites. Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the performance marketing, design, and strategy teams to ensure content aligns with campaign goals, branding, and target audience needs. Data-Driven Content: Analyze campaign performance metrics to refine content strategies and improve engagement and conversion rates. Leverage A/B testing insights to adjust tone, messaging, and CTAs for better performance. Client Communication: Engage with clients (or account managers) to understand their business goals and target audience, ensuring content aligns with their marketing objectives. Trend Monitoring: Stay updated with industry trends, content strategies, and emerging marketing techniques to continually improve the quality of your writing and contribute innovative ideas to campaigns. Key Skills & Requirements: Proven Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a content writer, preferably within a performance marketing or digital marketing agency. Strong Writing Skills: Excellent written communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise, and compelling copy tailored to different audiences. SEO Knowledge: Experience with on-page SEO, keyword research tools (like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner), and the ability to integrate SEO strategies into content. Performance-Driven Mindset: Understanding of conversion rates, customer journeys, landing page optimization, and the ability to write persuasive content that aligns with marketing goals. Analytics Knowledge: Basic understanding of Google Analytics, A/B testing, and other performance metrics that help measure content success. Content Strategy: Ability to conceptualize content strategies that align with client goals, target audience, and platform requirements. Creative Thinking: Ability to develop fresh and innovative content ideas that will engage and convert. Adaptability: Comfortable adjusting tone and style depending on the project and client requirements, whether it’s formal, casual, technical, or promotional. Attention to Detail: Strong proofreading and editing skills with an eye for grammar, style, and readability. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with performance marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress, HubSpot, or similar platforms Basic understanding of HTML and web design best practices Knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.) Why Join Us?
