Job Overview:We are hiring for Brotherhood mission, an NGO based trust. Brotherhood Mission is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Project Manager to execute strategic initiatives set by the management. The candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing project implementation, managing teams, and ensuring operational efficiency. This role requires excellent communication skills, leadership abilities, and a strong willingness to travel for outreach and collaboration.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Management:Implement and execute initiatives as directed by the management.Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth project execution.Monitor progress, identify challenges, and suggest improvements for better efficiency.Networking & Relationship Building:Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, donors, and collaborators.Represent the organization at meetings, events, and community engagements.Identify and develop potential partnerships to support the organizations initiatives.Team Coordination & Leadership:Manage and guide teams assigned to various projects.Ensure seamless communication and alignment between management and execution teams.Provide mentorship and support to team members to achieve project objectives.Travel & Outreach:Willingness to travel frequently for stakeholder meetings, networking, and community engagement.Conduct research to explore new opportunities and best practices to enhance project impact.Reporting & Communication:Provide regular updates to management on project progress, challenges, and future opportunities.Maintain clear and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.Skills and QualificationsEducation: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Experience: 3-4 years in project management, stakeholder engagement, or operations.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.Networking Ability: Experience in building long-term relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate teams effectively.Problem-Solving: Strategic thinker with proactive decision-making skills.Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, business analytics, and digital communication platforms.Travel Readiness: Willing to travel as needed for networking and stakeholder engagement.Key AttributesGoal-oriented and proactive in executing organizational initiatives.Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.Adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.Passionate about making a meaningful impact through strategic execution.
