Position: BTL Executive / Sr. Executive Experience: 2-5 Years (Real Estate Sector) Industry: Real Estate Development Location: Delhi Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview: We are seeking a BTL (Below-the-Line) Executive / Sr. Executive with 2-5 years of experience in the real estate sector . The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring on-ground marketing activities to drive brand visibility, lead generation , and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: BTL Planning & Execution: Plan and execute BTL marketing activities such as exhibitions, site branding and society activations . Organize and oversee on-ground promotions at high-footfall locations (malls, corporate parks, residential societies). Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely execution of BTL activities. Real Estate Specific Campaigns: Design and implement localized marketing strategies to promote new and ongoing real estate projects. Execute site branding , outdoor hoardings , and event activations for property launches. Engage with prospective customers through on-site events and experiential marketing initiatives . Vendor Coordination & Budget Management: Manage and negotiate with vendors , agencies , and suppliers for BTL materials and logistics. Track and manage BTL campaign budgets to ensure cost efficiency . Ensure timely delivery and quality control of marketing collateral (banners, standees, brochures, etc.). Lead Generation & Reporting: Capture leads from BTL activities and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups. Monitor and evaluate the performance of BTL campaigns, providing insights for improvement. Prepare weekly/monthly reports on BTL initiatives and their impact on lead generation. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct on-ground research to identify key customer touchpoints and new BTL opportunities. Analyze competitor BTL strategies and recommend innovative approaches to stay ahead. Skills & Qualifications: BTL & Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of BTL marketing strategies and execution . Experience in site branding , outdoor promotions , and local activations . Ability to conceptualize , plan , and execute end-to-end BTL campaigns. Operational & Analytical Skills: Excellent vendor management and negotiation abilities. Strong project management with attention to detail and timeliness . Analytical mindset to track, measure, and optimize campaign ROI . Soft Skills: Communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration , or a related field. 2-5 years of hands-on experience in BTL marketing in the real estate sector.
