This role involves website management, digital marketing strategy, product listings, and customer engagement. The manager will work closely with various departments, including IT, marketing, logistics, and customer service, to optimize the e-commerce business.Key Responsibilities:1. Website & Platform ManagementOversee the daily operations of the e-commerce website Monitor website analytics and improve conversion rates.2. Digital Marketing & Sales GrowthDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns.Collaborate with the marketing team on promotions, discounts, and special campaigns.Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.) to track and improve performance.3. Collaboration & Vendor ManagementWork closely with marketing, IT, and sales teams to align strategies.Manage relationships with third-party vendors and shipping providers.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new technologies.4. Customer Experience & RetentionEnsure a seamless shopping experience, from browsing to checkout.Implement strategies to reduce cart abandonment and improve customer retention.Work with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and concerns.Gather and analyze customer feedback for continuous improvement.5. Inventory & Order ManagementCoordinate with supply chain and warehouse teams to manage stock levels.Ensure accurate product availability and timely order fulfillment.Work with logistics partners to optimize shipping and delivery processes.6.
