Job Summary: As a Bus Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of passengers throughout the trip. You will provide excellent customer service while adhering to bus safety procedures Your primary goal is to create a pleasant and welcoming environment for passengers, assisting them with any needs they may have before and during the trip. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service and Passenger Care: Ensuring facilities on the Bus are as promised To Our Customers. Greeting passengers in a friendly and professional manner as they board the bus. Assist passengers with seating, luggage stowage, and any special requests or accommodations (e.g., children, elderly, or disabled passengers). Serve food, and beverages ensuring a positive and efficient service experience. Address any passenger concerns or issues with diplomacy, ensuring satisfaction and resolving complaints promptly. 2. Bus Cleanliness and Maintenance: Overseeing the cleanliness and orderliness of the bus before, during, and after the trip. Overseeing supplies of food, drinks, and other materials (e.g., blankets, pillows, water bottles). Raising any bus quality issues on real time. 3. Communication and Coordination: Timely Pre-Trip communication with passengers regarding the schedule of their pickups and guiding them to the boarding point. Owning the responsibility of boarding the passengers to bus. Provide regular announcements to passengers during trip, including updates on bus progress, food, and arrival details. Ensure passengers are aware of any delays, schedule changes, or other operational issues. Communication with assigned manager before, during and after the trip for any concerned issue like route related, bus related and Ops related. Bus Crew supervision including bus support staff and driver. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a related field. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent customer handling and problem-solving skills.
